Pharonyx Technologies is a specialized software development firm for the construction industry, based in Montreal (QC) that offers custom-developed technological solutions as well as consulting services to businesses.
K-Ops, the brand’s flagship product is a software that tracks progress in real time and facilitate the collaboration between the construction site and the office.
Pharonyx was founded in 2016 by two Montreal software engineers: Hugo Brizard and Samuel Godbout, after working six years for a leading engineering firm (SNC-Lavalin inc.), supporting construction projects worldwide in their day to day operations.
While working on large industrial projects, including a hospital construction project, Samuel and Hugo observed the laborious process of compiling the project quality records and the headaches it was providing, including the money wasted. They identified the need to build software tools that would be financially accessible and that would solve significant operational issues and needs identified by teams working on small to large construction projects.
